Here's another great Xtension to help you sail through your XPress documents. Navigator XT presents a palette that allows you to navigate through a QuarkXPress document effortlessly. The palette offers a thumbnail view of the page or spread, either displaying an actual miniature of the page or wireframe geometry. Clicking on a point in the thumbnail immediately takes you to that point on the document page. This can be invaluable when working ondocuments with layers or when the document is magnified.
Besides simplifying access to specific points on a page, Navigator XT also makes it easy to move between pages in a document. This utility is unobtrusive as well, because the pallete can be quickly opened at any location by pressing Command-Control and clicking at that point. Additionally, the Flash button enables you to record a specific point in the document for quick recall while the Back button toggles between the two positions last clicked on the thumbnail.
